Have you ever been so frustrated that you just wanted to hit something? Well, a positive way that you can release your negative energy is by playing ping pong. Ping pong will allow you the chance to release your negative energy by hitting a ball against a paddle.

  1. I spent many hours playing ping pong and it does offer stress relief. Another benefit is the good exercise one receives, so it's a mental and physical health benefit. Another pastime is chess. The best thing about playing is how it helps your analytic skills. It takes a lot of humility to learn because you must accept many defeats before you are competent, but then, this is good for your attitude.
